The Millie  Francisco library was established in 1993 and serves as a cultural reference for the Deaf, Deaf/Blind and Hard of Hearing communities in the Inland Northwest. The Library provides valuable resources to professionals working in the field of hearing loss.

We have over 1200 archives/artifacts and are open during regular business hours. Please contact us if you have materials you wish to donate to our collection.
